It was again a running meeting with SSP, Sri Mannu Maharaj Sir. Where a Civilian has honoured the most respected higher authority on the eve of "Jewel of Nation Award '2017". I on behalf of National Director, National Anti Crime & Human Rights Council of India along with Bihar team got a chance to honoured Sri Mannu Maharaj (IPS), Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, Bihar Police with a prestigious award "Best Law in Order award '2017".
